1. Acceptance
By using this website or AIApps888 (Meta App ID 1675442867090561), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service scope
Chinesefactorymanufacturer provides B2B product and manufacturing information, inquiry tools and an internal Meta advertising-management application. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding quotation unless confirmed in writing.
3. Authorized use
AIApps888 may be used only by authorized personnel with lawful access to the connected Meta business assets. Users must keep credentials secure, grant only necessary permissions and comply with Meta terms, advertising policies and applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
You must not access accounts without authorization, bypass security, upload unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent products, send deceptive advertising, interfere with service operation or use the services to violate another party's rights.
5. Advertising actions
Campaign creation, activation, budgets and billing remain subject to explicit approval, Meta review and Meta account controls. Meta may reject, pause or restrict advertising independently. Users remain responsible for advertising content, targeting, spending decisions and compliance.
6. Intellectual property
Website materials and software are owned by or licensed to Chinesefactorymanufacturer. No ownership is transferred except where expressly agreed in writing. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, approval of advertisements, particular commercial results or error-free third-party platforms.
8. Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use or third-party platform decisions. We may suspend access for security, unauthorized use or legal compliance.
